Documents can be scanned onto a flash drive as a PDF (Portable Document Format) file, or, if the document is in paragraph format, it can scan a document into text. If you have multiple page, a feeder can be found on the top of the scanner. Handouts and Brochures There are always several items that can be taken from the Business Center. Books on writing resumes, business letters, careers guides, and jobs are also located in this area. Some of the books can be checked out, but many of them are reference materials, so they will always be available in the Adult Services Department. |
