The Tax Assistance Program, or Latter Up, will not be returning this year. If you have any questions, please call them at Tax Assistance Program The Tax Assistance Program will be meeting from January 21-April, at Casa Esperanza Tax documents are available once again this year on the third floor of the Maywood Public Library District in the Adult Services Department. You can also print out many tax documents from the Internet. We have provided some links below to allow you to more easily locate these documents online. We cannot print out 1099 or W-2 forms. These must be ordered by calling 1-800-829-3676 (1-800-TAX-FORM) or by ordering them through the IRS website (click here). You can contact Illinois' tax website by clicking here.
